Terms of Service

Last updated 6 September 2026

These terms govern your use of TravVida, operated by TRAVVIDA INC, a Wyoming corporation with its principal place of business at 270 West 500 North, North Salt Lake, Utah 84054. By creating an account or booking travel through TravVida you agree to them.

1. What TravVida is

TravVida is a membership travel platform operated by an accredited travel agency. Members search and book travel through the platform and keep most of the commission the agency earns on those bookings. We act as an agent for the travel suppliers you book — airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators and car rental companies — and are not the provider of the travel itself. Each supplier’s own terms, fare rules, cancellation policy and conditions of carriage apply to your reservation, and are shown or linked before you confirm.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and suppliers, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity under your account. Traveler names must match government-issued identification exactly; corrections after ticketing are subject to supplier fees, and some tickets cannot be corrected at all.

3. Membership tiers and billing

Membership is offered as Free ($0/month), Traveler ($15/month) and Travel Agent ($40/month). Paid memberships bill monthly in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. We will tell you the price and renewal date before you subscribe.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — there is no contract, minimum term, or cancellation fee, and we do not require you to call or email to cancel. Partial months are not refunded, but you keep full access until the period ends, and commissions already earned remain payable to you. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, manage and cancel the subscription in that store’s account settings; their refund policies govern those purchases. Refunds for travel follow the supplier’s cancellation terms, which are disclosed before you book.

5. Commission share

Commission on TravVida is compensation for producing a booking — it is not a discount, rebate, or reduction of the price of travel. Earning it requires enrollment as an independent travel consultant under our Independent Travel Consultant Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms: you accept it at signup, complete the consultant certification, and complete payout onboarding before any commission becomes payable. Enrolled consultants keep 90% of net commission on paid tiers and 45% on the free tier. TravVida retains the remainder to cover card processing, errors-and-omissions insurance, accreditation, accounting and platform operating costs. Not all travel pays commission — airline tickets in particular typically pay little or none. We show the expected amount, or clearly show zero, before you book. Expected amounts are estimates until the supplier reports final billing.

6. When commissions are paid

A commission is earned when the travel is completed, not when it is booked, because cancelled, refunded or no-show travel earns nothing. After travel completes we allow a short reconciliation window (currently three days) for the supplier’s final billing, after which the amount is released for payout. Where the supplier remits commission to us after travel — as cruise lines and tour operators do — payout also requires that we have actually received those funds. We pay members when we have been paid, and never before. Payouts are made by ACH to the bank account you connect through our payment processor. If a supplier later reverses, reduces or recalls a commission, the corresponding amount is reversed from your balance, or invoiced if already paid out.

7. Booking for others; cardholder authorization

Enrolled consultants at every tier may book travel for themselves and for other travelers, naming the people actually traveling. Payment may be made with your own payment method or with a payment method belonging to a person named on the booking — and when you use a card that is not yours, you certify for each charge that the cardholder is named on the booking and has expressly authorized that charge. Using a payment method other than your own requires completed consultant enrollment, including identity verification. Holding yourself out publicly as an accredited travel agent, or claiming agent credentials you do not hold in order to obtain an industry rate, is grounds for immediate termination, and you are responsible for any resulting supplier charges. Client management tools and the accreditation path are features of the Travel Agent tier.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use TravVida to commit fraud, to launder funds, to make speculative or fictitious bookings, to resell inventory in violation of supplier rules, to scrape or automate access to our platform or any supplier system, or to do anything that jeopardises our supplier accreditations. We may suspend or terminate accounts for these reasons, and must report suspected fraud to suppliers and payment processors.

9. Payments and card data

Card payments are processed by Stripe. TravVida does not receive or store full card numbers. Membership charges appear on statements as TRAVVIDA. If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend paid-tier benefits until it clears.

10. SMS Program Terms

Program description and opt-in. If you provide your mobile number and expressly consent, TravVida may send you text messages about your account and your travel: sign-in and verification codes, booking confirmations and changes, trip reminders, commission and payout notifications, and replies from our support team. You opt in by checking a consent box that is not checked by default, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase — you can use every part of TravVida without receiving text messages.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and bookings. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out or get help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts at any time; we will send a single confirmation and then no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@travvida.com or (385) 534-2101.

Delivery. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information. In short: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our full opt-in flow, including a facsimile of the consent screen, is published at travvida.com/sms.

11. Travel documents, insurance and risk

Passports, visas, health requirements and entry rules are your responsibility. We may pass along general guidance, but it is not legal or immigration advice and requirements change. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is yours to arrange unless you purchase it through a booking with us.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. As an agent, TravVida is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, schedule changes, cancellations, overbooking, injury, loss, or insolvency of any travel supplier, nor for events beyond reasonable control including weather, strikes, civil unrest and government action. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of TravVida is limited to the greater of the membership fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.

13. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, contact us at support@travvida.com — we will try in good faith to resolve it directly. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you and TravVida consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms; if you do not, cancel before then.

16. Client access (the client page your advisor sets up)

A TravVida member on the Travel Agent tier may set up a private page for a person they are booking for. If your travel advisor sent you a link to travvida.com/my, this section is about you, and you are a “client” rather than a member. You pay TravVida nothing, you hold no membership, and you earn no commission — the page exists so the trips your advisor arranges are in one place while you travel.

Your advisor decides what appears there. TravVida does not add, remove or edit the content of your page, and nothing appears on it until your advisor sends it. What we show you is a copy of your booking made at the moment it was sent, kept current automatically if the reservation is later changed or canceled. Where a page shows a price, that is the amount charged for your travel; it never includes, and we never disclose to you, the compensation arrangements between TravVida, your advisor and any supplier.

Sign-in links are personal, expire after three days, and can be used once. Do not forward one — anyone holding it can open your page. You may ask your advisor for a new link at any time, and you may ask us to close your page and delete its contents by writing to support@travvida.com.

Approving something on your page tells your advisor to proceed; it is an instruction to them, not a contract with TravVida, and it does not itself pay for or guarantee a reservation. The travel itself is supplied by the airline, hotel, cruise line, or other operator named on the booking, on that supplier’s own terms, and sections 11 and 12 below apply to it. If your advisor stops working with TravVida, your page and its contents pass to TravVida’s administration, which may service it directly or assign it to another advisor; we will tell you if that happens and you may close your page instead.

17. Seller of Travel registrations

TRAVVIDA INC is registered as a seller of travel where required. Washington: Out-of-State Seller of Travel, UBI 606275589. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by any state. Additional state registrations will be listed here as they are issued.
